Nature’s Journey partners with a small, selective group of practitioners and retailers who share our standards for ingredient quality, formulation rigor, and patient-first communication. We’re not interested in being on every shelf — we’re interested in being on the right shelves, next to clinicians and operators who actually understand the products they recommend. If that describes your practice or store, the program below outlines how we work together.

Program at a glance

Minimum opening order $500. Practitioner margin 30–50% off MSRP depending on volume. NET 30 terms unlocked after three successful orders. US shipping included on orders $500 and up. Drop-ship available, with a private-label option for clinics committing to 100+ units per month. Sample bottles sent for clinical review with every application.

Who we work with

Our partner roster is deliberately practitioner-heavy. The partners who fit best are those whose clients or patients already ask thoughtful questions about gut health, microbiome support, and ingredient transparency. The categories our program is built around:

  • Functional medicine clinics looking for a comprehensive, advisory-reviewed multi-strain formula to dispense in-office or via patient store.
  • Naturopathic practices that need a single, well-formulated daily probiotic suitable for the majority of adult patients without juggling multiple SKUs.
  • Chiropractors and integrative MDs adding nutraceutical support alongside structural and primary-care work.
  • Women’s health and OB-GYN practices looking for a probiotic with a clean ingredient panel and methylated B-vitamin cofactors (B12, folate, P-5-P).
  • Holistic and biological dentists stocking a daily probiotic that includes Saccharomyces boulardii — relevant to oral-gut microbiome conversations.
  • Gyms, fitness studios, and performance facilities retailing a daily wellness product their members can take year-round.
  • Independent pharmacies building a curated supplement set that competes with chain stores on quality rather than price.
  • Gut-health-focused retailers and health-food stores whose buyers prioritize clean labels, third-party testing, and clinical-grade formulas.

If your practice sits adjacent to these categories — midwifery, spa-based wellness, postpartum support, longevity clinics — reach out anyway. We evaluate fit case by case.

Why partner with us

The supplement aisle is crowded. Practitioners don’t need another mediocre probiotic. We built Complete Gut Defense to do one job well, so you can recommend it once instead of triaging between three SKUs that each cover a fragment of the picture.

  • One high-quality SKU, no portfolio bloat. You don’t have to memorize a strain matrix or steer patients between five products. One bottle covers the formulation territory most multi-strain probiotic lines spread across three.
  • 50 billion CFU, 6 strains plus S. boulardii, prebiotic FOS, and cofactor vitamins in one capsule. Among the most comprehensive single-capsule formulas on the retail shelf — L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, B. lactis, B. longum, B. breve, plus S. boulardii, mastic gum, NAC, and methylated cofactors (D3, K2-MK7, B12, P-5-P, L-5-MTHF, magnesium glycinate).
  • Advisory-board-reviewed formulation. Every claim on every page is checked against current peer-reviewed research before it goes live, and the formula itself was reviewed by our editorial and formulation team. See our Scientific Advisory & Editorial Standards for the full process.
  • Third-party tested each lot. Independent labs verify potency, identity, purity, and absence of heavy-metal contamination. Certificates of Analysis (COA) available for every lot on request.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. Removes the recommendation risk for your patient or customer, and removes the inventory risk for you on first orders.
  • Full marketing assets provided. Co-branded patient education PDFs, in-office signage, social-media-ready images, and a 15%-off patient promo code — all delivered when you onboard.

Wholesale pricing & terms

Wholesale pricing is tiered by commitment, not by sales pressure. You don’t need to clear an inflated quarterly quota to keep your tier.

  • 30% off MSRP on standard wholesale orders (the entry tier — available on any order meeting the $500 MOQ).
  • 40% off MSRP on orders of 12+ units, the typical case-pack reorder volume.
  • 50% off MSRP on orders of 50+ units, suitable for clinic groups, multi-location practices, or pharmacy retail programs.
  • Minimum opening order: $500. Subsequent reorders have no minimum once your account is active.
  • NET 30 terms available after three successful prepaid orders. Initial orders are credit-card or ACH at the time of purchase.
  • US shipping included on orders of $500 and above. Smaller reorders ship at standard ground rates.
  • Drop-ship available for clinics and practitioner storefronts — we ship directly to your patient under your account’s brand-neutral packing slip. A private-label option is available to clinics committing to 100+ units per month under a separate agreement.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy applies to all retail listings: see the FAQ below for the short version.

What you get when you sign on

The partner package is built around the way practitioners actually work — not around chasing reorders. Once your account is active, you have access to the following:

  • Product on consignment-friendly terms after the working relationship is established (typically after the first two to three reorder cycles). For practices that prefer not to carry standing inventory on the books, ask about our consignment program at the time of onboarding.
  • Co-branded patient education PDFs. Three flagship pieces ship with every onboarding kit: our Mycotoxin Guide, the 30-Day Gut Reset protocol, and the Probiotic Strain Quick-Reference. Your practice logo is added to the cover at no charge.
  • A 15%-off patient promo code. Issued under your practice’s name. Use it for first-bottle patients who prefer to order direct rather than carry product from the office.
  • Quarterly continuing education webinars from our advisory team and formulation reviewers. Topics rotate through gut-microbiome research updates, prebiotic and postbiotic developments, strain-specific literature, and FDA-compliant patient communication. Recordings are archived for partners who can’t attend live.
  • Direct line to our team for clinical and formulation questions. You’re not routed through a generic support queue.

Manufacturing & quality

Buyers and clinicians ask about manufacturing first. The short version:

  • Made in the United States in a cGMP-certified manufacturing facility operating under the FDA’s 21 CFR Part 111 dietary supplement Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.
  • FDA-registered facility. Our manufacturing partner is registered with the FDA and operates under regular inspection.
  • NSF International-grade testing. Third-party verification of identity, potency, purity, and contaminant screening (heavy metals, microbial limits, residual solvents) on every production lot.
  • Certificates of Analysis (COA) available for every lot on practitioner request. Lot numbers are printed on every bottle — reference yours and we’ll send the matching COA.
  • Clean allergen panel. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, non-GMO, and produced without the most common cross-contamination allergens. Full allergen statement is included on every COA.
  • Shelf-stable formula. Strain encapsulation and moisture-control packaging mean you don’t need cold storage on the retail floor. Stable at room temperature through the printed expiration date.

How to apply

Apply by email — no portal. We want to read about your practice in your own words, not parse a form.

Send a short email to Contact@NaturesJourneyHealth.com with the following:

  • Your practice or business name and main location.
  • Your NPI (for clinicians) or your business license / resale certificate number (for retailers).
  • Type of practice or storefront (one or two sentences is fine).
  • Your monthly volume estimate — an honest range is more useful than a stretch target.
  • Any private-label, drop-ship, or consignment preferences you want us to consider in the first quote.

You’ll receive a response within 48 business hours. Approved applicants are sent a sample bottle for clinical review, the program agreement, the current lot COA, and the wholesale price sheet. First orders typically ship two to three business days after agreement signature.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the most common questions.

What is the minimum opening order?

The minimum opening order is $500. Once your account is active, subsequent reorders have no minimum — you can replenish in case packs or in single bottles depending on your needs.

Can I private-label the product for my clinic?

Yes. Private-label is available to clinics and practitioner groups committing to 100+ units per month under a separate agreement. The base formula stays the same; the label, bottle artwork, and patient-facing brand are yours. Contact partnerships for the private-label spec sheet.

Do you offer drop-ship for clinics?

Yes. We ship directly to your patient under a brand-neutral packing slip with your account on file. Useful for telehealth practices, multi-state clinics, and any practitioner who doesn’t want to carry standing inventory.

What is your return policy for partners?

Defective product or shipping damage is replaced or refunded at our cost — photo-document and email partnerships within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on opened or expired-on-shelf product. Our 30-day consumer money-back guarantee removes that risk for retail-floor purchases.

How do I get a COA for a specific lot?

Email Contact@NaturesJourneyHealth.com with the lot number printed on the bottle. We’ll send the matching Certificate of Analysis from our third-party lab within one business day. Practitioners who request COAs regularly can be set up on an auto-send list.

Can I get a sample bottle for clinical evaluation?

Yes. Every approved partner application includes a sample bottle, current lot COA, and full ingredient panel for clinical review before the first commercial order is placed. We’d rather you confirm fit on your own terms.

Do you enforce a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy?

Yes. Advertised pricing on retail listings (web, marketplace, third-party platforms) must stay at or above the published MAP threshold. In-cart and at-counter discounts are at your discretion. The MAP sheet ships with the partner agreement and is updated once per calendar year.

Let’s build something

We’re building a small, deliberate partner network — not chasing distribution at any cost. If your practice or store cares about the same things we do (ingredient transparency, formulation evidence, patient communication that doesn’t overpromise), we’d like to hear from you. Email Contact@NaturesJourneyHealth.com with the items in the “How to apply” section above and we’ll be in touch within 48 business hours.
