1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of delivery for first-time purchases.
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Only one opened bottle per product may be refunded
- Remaining bottles must be unopened and unused
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Orders placed over 30 days ago
- Opened or used products beyond one unit
- Subscription renewal orders (after shipment)
- Free promotional items
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Shipping and handling fees
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Photos if the product arrived damaged
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved and received:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and inability to purchase in the future.
8. Platform-Specific Purchases
If you purchased through a third-party platform (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.), refunds are subject to that platform's return policy.
9. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds for suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraud.
