Different probiotic strains, Saccharomyces boulardii, prebiotic FOS, mastic gum, NAC, magnesium glycinate and other vitamins that support the gut in different ways. Kind of an all-in-one.
The prebiotic helps feed the good bacteria instead of just putting bacteria in and hoping they survive. I'd never seen S. boulardii in most of the other probiotics I used. I've taken mastic gum on its own for a long time for digestive comfort, and I like that this uses magnesium glycinate, usually considered one of the gentler forms. I also replaced the B-complex I was taking, since this uses the methylated versions.
I can't say exactly which ingredient made the biggest difference — I think it's the combination. Most probiotics seem to focus only on adding bacteria. After taking this I started noticing I wasn't getting as many issues after eating. My stomach felt calmer and I wasn't thinking about discomfort all day. It didn't feel harsh either.
